Butternut Stuffed with Bacon, Goat Cheese and Walnuts
Ingredients :
1 butternut squash
150 g of bacon
100 g goat cheese
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
1 tablespoon of honey
1 onion
Fresh thyme
Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds. Bake it in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until tender.
