• 50 grams of melted butter.

• 500 grams of custard.

• 150 grams of icing sugar.

• 200 milliliters of sugar.

• A spoonful of rum.

• One lemon’s juice.

• 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.

• 1 Almond to decorate.
