Chinese Chicken Cabbage Stir-Fry

Two finely cut chicken breasts or thighs
Thinly slice three cups of green cabbage.
julienned carrot, one big
Thinly slice one tiny onion.
minced garlic (three cloves)
Minced ginger, 1 tablespoon
vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons (for frying)
For the garnish, cut 2 green onions.
For garnish, you may optionally add sesame seeds.
As for the Slaw:
Thirds of a tablespoon of soy sauce
Oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon
1-tablespoon rice vinegar
For an additional sweet touch, you may add 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce.
tablespoon of sesame oil
sugar, measuring half a teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon of either white or black pepper
1 teaspoon of cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water (to thicken)
