In a large mixing bowl or directly on a serving platter, begin layering the salad.
Start with the grated carrot as the base layer.
Add the minced garlic evenly over the carrot.
Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise over the garlic.
Add the grated processed cheese as the next layer.
Spread the grated green apple next.
Add another thin layer of mayonnaise.
Layer the grated egg whites followed by the grated hard cheese.
Finally, top the salad with the grated egg yolks for a vibrant yellow finish.
Chill and Serve:
Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
