Banana nut overnight

In a bowl or jar, combine oats, almond milk, mashed banana, chopped nuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to let the oats soften and absorb the liquid.
In the morning, stir and enjoy! Add extra banana slices or a drizzle of honey for added sweetness.
