Calling all Peanut Butter Fans: Ultimate Reese’s Dreamcake!
For the Chocolatey Dream Topping:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup heavy cream
Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Whip up the crust! In a medium bowl, combine your chosen crumbs (graham cracker or chocolate chip) with the sugar. Pour in the melted butter and mix well until everything clumps together nicely. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of your springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
While the crust chills, let’s make the peanut butter filling! In a large bowl, grab your softened cream cheese and use an electric mixer to beat it until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until everything is well incorporated. Now, beat in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until they’re perfectly combined. One by one, add the eggs, mixing well after each addition.
