Caramelized Bacon and Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken tenders
6 strips bacon, chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375F 190C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chopped bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
Coat the chicken tenders with the brown sugar glaze and sprinkle with cooked bacon bits.
Arrange the chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden.
Serve hot with your favorite sides.
