Step 1: Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and sugar. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add Coconut Flour
Gradually add the coconut flour to the mixture, blending until you reach a firm, moldable dough. Adjust with more coconut flour if the dough is too sticky.
Step 3: Form the Truffles
Scoop about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Press your thumb into the center of each ball to create a small indentation.
Step 4: Add Hazelnut Spread
Place a small amount of hazelnut spread in the indentation, then roll the truffle again to seal the filling inside.
Step 5: Roll in Coconut
Roll each truffle in shredded coconut for extra flavor and texture.
Step 6: Chill
Place the truffles on a plate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
