-Preheat the oven to 170°C. -Crush the Cookies and add the melted Butter along with the Sugar. Mix well.
-Then, with the dough, cover the bottom of the Pie pan, pressing well with your hands until it is uniform.
-Mix the Coconut Milk with the Condensed Milk, the Yolks and the pinch of Salt. -Pour the mixture into the mold with the Dough, and bake until cooked but a little soft, approximately 15 minutes. -Let it cool for 4 or 5 to firm up.
-Decorate with the Meringue (optional). If you wish, you can add 200 gr. of Cream Cheese to the filling and Coconut Essence – credits to decasadomicilios
