Easy Orange Zucchini Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
Fold in the grated zucchini, orange zest, orange juice, and sour cream until evenly distributed in the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and sprinkle with additional orange zest.
