Peel and chop the banana, orange, apple, and kiwi into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Make the Jelly Base:
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, condensed milk, and agar-agar. Stir to dissolve the agar-agar.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, constantly stirring, until it comes to a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the agar-agar to completely dissolve and thicken the mixture.
Blend the Cottage Cheese:
In a blender, add the cottage cheese and a bit of the warm milk mixture. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Combine the Mixtures:
Slowly pour the blended cottage cheese back into the saucepan with the remaining milk mixture, stirring gently until everything is well combined and smooth.
Assemble the Dessert:
In a serving dish or individual cups, arrange the chopped fruits (banana, orange, apple, and kiwi).
Pour the creamy milk and cottage cheese mixture over the fruit, ensuring the fruits are covered.
Set the Jelly:
Let the dessert cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until the jelly has set completely.
Serve:
Once set, serve chilled. You can garnish with additional fresh fruit or a drizzle of honey if desired.
