Heavenly Pineapple Cake

🥣 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter and flour a loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract.
Add flour mixture to butter mixture in three additions, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour. Mix until just combined.
Gently fold in crushed pineapple.
Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth top.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cake cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
