16 ounces softened cream cheese
8 ounces crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 cups chopped pecans
Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained crushed pineapple, chopped green pepper, and chopped green onions.
2. Add the lemon-pepper seasoning and seasoned salt to the mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
3. Take 1/2 cup chopped pecans and mix them into the cream cheese mixture.
4. Form the mixture into a ball shape. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
5. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in the remaining chopped pecans to coat it evenly.
