Mango Key Lime Cheesecake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the springform pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
2. Prepare the Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the sugar and flour, and beat until well combined and fluffy.
Pour in the mango puree, key lime juice, and lime zest, mixing until fully incorporated.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating gently after each addition until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
