2 tablespoons of dried rosemary
2 tablespoons of dried sage
1 tablespoon of dried thyme
Zest of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and add 2 cups of water to the roasting pan.

8. Remove cheesecloth 30-45 minutes before the turkey is done to brown the skin.
