4. Assemble the cooking:

Arrange the cooked cauliflower, fried vegetables (onions, carrots, mushrooms, zucchini) and pour the egg mixture on top.
Sprinkle the grated cheese evenly over the baking.
5. Bake:

Place the dish in the oven and bake for up to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the crust is set.
6. Prepare the topping:

In a small bowl, mix 60g sour cream, 40g mayonnaise, salt and pepper mixture.
Add chopped garlic and grated cucumber.
Stir in chopped dill for extra flavor.
7. Serve:
Allow oven to cool slightly before slicing.
Serve warm, topped with sour cream and cucumber mixture for extra creaminess and freshness.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
