I pour sunflower oil into the pan and heat it. Then I put the pepper there and, stirring, fry it at high power for about five minutes until the pepper becomes soft and juicy.

While the peppers roast, I finely chop the parsley leaves.

When the pepper is soft enough, I transfer it with the oil it was fried in to a pan.

I add honey and press the garlic into it.

I add apple cider vinegar and salt to taste: half a teaspoon is enough for the given number of peppers. I add mustard and cereals.

As a final touch, I add chopped parsley and mix everything thoroughly.

I close the pan with a lid and leave it to marinate for several hours.

As soon as the pepper has cooled, I mix it again and serve. It turns out a very tasty and bright appetizer made from peppers. Be sure to try it – I’m sure you and your guests will love it.
