Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rice (preferably cold, day-old rice works best)
2 tbsp sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup chopped green onions
3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (or substitute with mushroom sauce for a vegetarian version)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Optional: cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu for extra protein
