This dish combines the smooth texture of mashed potatoes with the traditional layers of lasagna, enriched with creamy bรฉchamel sauce and cheese. A comforting and delicious variation of classic lasagna.

For the Lasagna:
1 ยผ lbs potatoes (600 g) ๐ฅ
Salt to taste ๐ง
1 box pre-cooked lasagna noodles (about 1 lb or 500 g) ๐
7 oz sliced ham (200 g) ๐
7 oz mozzarella cheese (200 g) ๐ง
2 oz grated Parmesan cheese (50 g) ๐ง
For the Bechamel Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter ๐ง
4 tbsp all-purpose flour ๐พ
6 cups milk (1.5 liters) ๐ฅ
1 small can of heavy cream (about 7 oz or 200 ml) ๐ฅซ
