•1 packet taco seasoning (or 2 teaspoons chili powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper and salt to taste)
•1/4 cup water
•1 can (16 oz) refried beans
•1 cup shredded lettuce
•1 cup diced tomatoes
•1 cup shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
•1/2 cup sour cream
•1/4 cup salsa or hot sauce (optional)
•1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
•1 tablespoon vegetable oil (if you fry the tortillas yourself)
