RICOTTA BISCUITS
These ricotta biscuits are soft, genuine and perfect for breakfast or a snack. There is no oil or butter and therefore they are much lighter than the classic biscuit preparations and they are prepared very quickly.
INGREDIENTS:

▪︎250g ricotta
▪︎130g sugar
▪︎1 egg
▪︎1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▪︎1/2 sachet of baking powder
▪︎q.s. powdered sugar
