Ingredients

2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and diced into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for a sweet twist)

Optional: fresh parsley or thyme for garnish
