Soft and delicious two-tone breakfast donut, also perfect for a snack.
A gluten-free dessert that conquers everyone with its goodness!
To prepare the donut I used the Bimby but you can easily use electric whisks.
Ingredients
180 g sugar (160 g is also fine)
2 eggs
250 g milk
150 g sunflower seed oil
200 g Mix it Schar flour
100 g potato starch
1 sachet vanilla
1 sachet baking powder
20 g bitter cocoa powder
Donut mold – diameter 20 cm
Bimby preparation
Put all the ingredients in the jug except the yeast and cocoa and turn on the Bimby at speed 5 for 40 seconds.
