Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells Recipe

Assemble and Bake:
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom. Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with the remaining sauce.
Top with additional shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm!
