Pour the donuts:
– 250 g flour
– 50 g sugar
– 1 sachet of dry baker’s yeast (7 g)
– 120 ml warm milk
– 1 egg
– 50 g softened butter
– 1 pinch of salt
Pour the strawberry cream:
– 150 g fresh or frozen strawberries
– 50 g sugar
– 200 ml whole liquid cream
👩‍🍳Preparation:
1. Prepare the dough: In a bowl, mix the yeast with the lukewarm milk and a tablespoon of sugar. Let stand for 10 minutes. In a salad bowl, mix the flour, the rest of the sugar and the salt. Add the egg and the activated yeast. Incorporate the softened butter and knead until you obtain a smooth dough. Let rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
2. Form the doughnuts: Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and cut out circles. Let rise again for 30 minutes.
3. Cooking: Fry the doughnuts in oil heated to 170°C until golden on both sides. Drain them on absorbent paper.
4. Prepare the strawberry cream: Mix the strawberries with the sugar, then incorporate the whipped cream. Transfer to a piping bag.
5. Fill the donuts: Pierce each donut with the nozzle and fill them with strawberry cream. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.
