1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking dish or two 9-inch round cake pans.
Make the Cake Batter:
In a blender or food processor, combine the grated carrots, vegetable oil, and eggs. Blend until smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Pour the carrot mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Bake the Cake:
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish or divide it evenly between the cake pans.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes (if using round pans, check at 25 minutes) or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
