How to Make the Anti-Aging Bay Leaf Mask
- Ingredients:
- 5–6 dried bay leaves
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of rice flour (optional for added tightening effect)
- 1 teaspoon of honey (for hydration)
- Preparation:
- Boil the bay leaves in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid and let it cool.
- Mix the bay leaf water with rice flour and honey to form a smooth paste.
- Application:
- Wash your face with warm water to open pores.
- Apply the mask evenly, avoiding the eyes and lips.
- Leave it on for 15–20 minutes until it dries.
- Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
