Turkish Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour

°1 teaspoon of sugar

°1 teaspoon of salt

°1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

°1 cup of hot water

°2 tablespoons olive oil

°Sesame seeds (optional)

PREPARATION:
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, salt and yeast.

Slowly add the hot water and olive oil and stir until the dough comes together.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes,

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a tea towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
