Ultimate Air Fryer Poached Eggs Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 350°F (177°C) for 3 minutes on the air fry/air crisp setting.
  2. Prepare the Ramekins: Once preheated, spritz a light coating of oil into each ramekin. Use your finger or a food brush to spread the oil around the edges to prevent sticking.
  3. Add Water: Pour 3-4 tablespoons of hot water into each ramekin.
  4. Crack the Eggs: Gently crack an egg into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolk.
  5. Air Fry the Eggs: Place the ramekins directly into the air fryer basket/tray. Cook the eggs for 5-7 minutes, depending on your preferred yolk doneness. Refer to the chart below for exact times.
  6. Remove and Serve: Once cooked, carefully remove the ramekins from the air fryer. Gently use a rubber spatula to lift the eggs out of the ramekins. If they’re stuck, run a knife around the edges of the ramekin to loosen them.
  7. Serve: Transfer the eggs onto a plate or top your prepared toast. Season with salt and pepper to taste and enjoy!
