1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup (177mL) milk, at room temperature
12 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped
For the Oreo Cream Frosting:
24 Oreo cookies
1/4 cup (59mL) heavy whipping cream
1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, softened
Pinch of salt
3 cups (360g) powdered sugar, measured accurately
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
