Instructions :
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a mold.
Beat the eggs and sugar, add the cream and vanilla extract.
Pour over the dough and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Toast the almonds in a hot pan.
Take out the cake, let cool, and decorate with almonds and icing sugar.
