• 4 tsp vanilla
• Filling:
• 2 cups milk + 2 cups heavy cream
• 2 eggs + 2 yolks
• ¾ cup sugar
• 8 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
• Ganache:
• 5 oz semisweet chocolate
• ½ cup heavy cream
