    • 1 small head of cauliflower (about 5 cups), cut into small florets

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp. coarse ground Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. onion powder
  • dash of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Mild Cheddar cheese, plus extra
  • salt and black pepper, to taste
  • olive oil cooking spray
