Ingredients:

1 cup (90 g) rolled oats
1 cup (240 ml) milk
1 apple, chopped
1 banana, mashed
Sweetener of your choice, to taste
1/4 tsp vanillin or vanilla extract
3 eggs
60 g walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Make the base:
In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and milk. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
Mix the ingredients:
Add the chopped apple, mashed banana, sweetener, vanillin and eggs to the soaked oats. Mix until well combined.
Add the nuts:
Stir in the chopped nuts for extra crunch and flavour.
